Please use our Royal Mail returns hub below where you can:
print out a returns label and pop in a postbox
or, take a QR code to a Royal Mail post office where a label will be printed and applied for you
or, arrange for a free collection from your address
If you use our Royal Mail returns hub £3.99 will be deducted from your refund to subsidise the return postage.

Returned lingerie must be unworn, unwashed, and retain all its labels and tags. Please try all underwear on over your own underwear.
Due to the delicate nature of hosiery, we are unable to exchange or refund any stockings or tights once they have been opened.

Vouchers: If you are using a voucher code (either percentage or fixed amount) and return part of an order for a refund the voucher refund amount will be spread over the entire order, not just the item you have returned. For example, if you have purchased two items costing £50 each and used a £10 voucher the total paid will be £90. Should you return one item, the refund will be for £45 as the voucher will be split between both items. The same applies if you purchase two items costing £50 each and use a 10% off voucher.
Gift with Purchase. If you receive a gift with purchase (with the exception of our magazine) and then decide to return, the cost of the gift will be deducted from your refund if it is not included with your return.
You can find your returns form on the back of the delivery note enclosed with your order.
